Esports also known as electronic sports, e-sports, or eSports is a form of competition sports using video games

Likewise, Esports covers every type of online games from Console Games (PS4, XBOX, and etc), Pc (Personal Computer) Games (multiplayer online battle arena MOBA, first-person shooter FPS), and even Cp (Cellular Phone) Games.

In a solo or group a player participates in a tournament in either local, international, or even online and compete with others players all around the world.
In Esports there are individual players who forms a group to compete and there are companies who scout out good players from around the globe to add in their rosters, One famous company made a team for promotion and also invest in Esport.

In Korean for instance created a professional gaming team based in South Korea, part of KeSPA. The organization previously sponsored two sister teams, Samsung White and Samsung Blue.
On 2017 Samsung Galaxy fought against teams from Na (North America), SA (South America), EU (Europe), China, and the Defending Champions SKT (South korean Telecom) in the LOL Worlds 2017 and won, They recieve a price money of $4,946,969.00.

Right now, Dota2 (defense of the ancient) to holds the highest prize pool of $34,330,069. The games doesn’t change much because it puts most of its recources to increase the Pool to encourage other players to play the games and its players to stay. Because Esports games is different from other sports, The games itself compete with other games in order to stay alive.
If a game losses its players, It would die and it wont be played in Esport in the future.
